I see this message from plugins section, I tried create new key and re-add but not work, can you help?

================== QUOTE ========================
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Need help?

See the communication error details and let us know in Toolset technical support.

Hi there

Please go to Toolset > Settings and at the bottom of the page follow the link Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting, and then near the bottom of that page follow the Installer Support link (or access it directly at wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support).

There is a button to check the connection, and a log of such connections.

Can you check that page for any errors? Perhaps share a screenshot with us.

Hi there,

It might be the fact that you have a firewall on your server. Would you please kindly contact your hosting service provider and make sure that you whitelist the URLs below?

Hi there,

Interesting, I do see that you have a valid subscription. Would you please unregister Toolset and try to register it with a new key?

If the problem persists, can you use the automatic registration feature mentioned here?

https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-toolset-registration-using-php

If the problem continues, I'd appreciate it if you could get back to us with the login information of your website by setting teh next reply as private.

Thank you.
