I am trying to: I reset my Key after my site went live. The key is now working. I unregistered the old key and installed the new one. However, I am still getting the error message "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com" in the Plugins section. When I click on the "communication error details" there are numerous instances that say "Site key not matching".
The staging site name was atlanticlegal.wpengine.com.
The new site is atlanticlegal.com. The new key for this URL is registered on my site but I still get the error messages.
Thank you. That resolved the problem. At the same time that this key switch occurred, the Toolset template I was designing had all its CSS removed. Background images and colors, margins, spacing ... it disappeared. I cleared server and browser cache and checked on a different computer/browser but the problem still persists. Basically, what I see in the custom post type template is not what appears on the front end. And it happened just as the new key happened.
Custom post type template: hidden link
How can I send you a login to my site for you to take a look? I don't want to rebuild this page if I don't have to.
I'm sorry. I am working on two Toolset websites at the same time and it's late. When I replied to you above about the "Check again" I did the "check again" in the wrong site! Anyway, I followed your instructions for the proper site and your solution worked. Sorry about the confusion.
Regarding my reply above about formatting disappearing, why would this happen? It's with the template for a Toolset CPT. Are there any fixes for when that happens? I really don't want to rebuild this page. What I see in the template/WP blocks backend is not what appears when I view the page.
Hi, please ignore this ticket. The issue is resolved. I had to go into this CPT template to make one small addition and after I did that, all the CSS came back in place. So it is resolved. I think the template/page simply needed to "remember" and this action woke up the page.
