Hi,
On October 8th 2021 I changed the site URL and generated a new key following your instructions here https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#migrating-registration-to-a-different-domain
It seemed to have worked.
Today I see an error message "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com", check for errors and get what you see in the screenshot attached. It seems that the system is still getting the old site key even though I inserted the correct one twice.
Could you please look into this and tell me if there's anything else I need to do on my side?

Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In a case like this I would recommend recreating the site key. To do this please follow the instructions in the link below as this is the best method to ensure that there are no errors.

https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Paying close attention to step #3

If there are any issues after doing this please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

I've unregistered the web site and reinserted the site-key. I'd already done that but this time, for some reason, it worked and no errors are appearing now.
Thanks

Hello,

Awesome happy to see that it is working now. What you can do is to mark this as resolved and if the issue re-occurs you can then open a new ticket and indicated that you've regenerated the key or you can just link to this forum thread. This way we can skip the preliminary tests and do further debugging.

Thanks,
Shane
