Tell us what you are trying to do? Connect the plugin to toolset.com

Is there any documentation that you are following? Here. https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed. I've also attached what the support suggested. Sorry, I didn't get back to you right away. I tried deleting the key and adding it to the website, but I still get an error.

Is there a similar example that we can see? none

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange.

Can you please share admin access details and let me check what's going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

This is really strange.

I checked and I see the same issue indeed.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue as well as to ensure there is no conflict with the theme/plugins you use:

Maybe you want to create a staging/test site that should be 1:1 copy of your production/live site and then you can run the following test.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins (only Toolset plugins active) as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
