Hi Shane,
There is a message that shows as per the screenshot, however, the plugin shows as registered and there do not seem to be any other issues with this. Can I please ask you to take a look at why this is happening. I am also adding the communication log.
Please let me know if you need access to log in and have a look and I will arrange the same.
Thank you,
Daniel
Dear Daniel.
Are you using old version of Toolset Types plugin in your website? If it is, there might be the issue you mentioned above.
The Toolset installer are embedded in Types plugin, so you will need to upgrade the Types plugin manually, then upgrade all other Toolset plugins automatically.
For example:
1) Backup your website database
2) Delete old version of Types plugin, install the latest version of Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
3) Follow our document to install other Toolset plugins:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
Thank you. will deleting the existing plugins and manually installing the plugins delete any data? Almost 50 of our sites are using Toolset but this has not happened on any of them. Kindly confirm the data issue. Thank you.
Toolset settings are stored in your website database, delete Toolset Types plugin file won't delete Toolset settings, so it is safe to delete Toolset Types plugin file, but as I suggested above, please backup your website database first, in case any unexpected result.
