Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset website

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: connect the Toolset plugin to toolset.com

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: No errors

Instead, I got: Error connecting to toolset.com

Upon checking the error details, the recent Installer log was successfully updated, but I received an error.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is strange. When if you try to delete the existing site key and create a new site key from your account's Sites and try to register the new site key and chekck if the newly created site key works for you.
