We are still getting this error that toolset cannot connect. Toolset support mentioned that we needed to reach out to hosting to test this. Our hosting provided confirmed everything is all set on their end. After review of the issue, it is determined we are not blocking them, and here is the ssh command they tested to confirm.
Why are we still getting this error that toolset cannot connect?
