I am receiving the following error message on the Plugins page:
> Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
> Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

> See the communication error details and let us know in Toolset technical support.
The communication error details show response "toolset: Unable to parse data from service response." for component "subscription-fetching" starting at 10/30.
And also response "Your site can't communicate with hidden link. Code 403." for component "products-connection-test".
This error is preventing me from updating the plugin, and is causing the plugin to currently show as unregistered.
I host with WP Engine. I spoke with their support staff, and they believe the problem is on Toolset's end.
