Dears,

I have got the attached error after changing the domain of my site from hidden link to hidden link

I have registered the key again and still showing the error

I can see (All Installer Instances Path) is still point to the old domain.
How to solve it.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

I searched our internal database and there is a current entry for the hidden link website.

Maybe, you just kept the old key registered on the website instead of using the new key!
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to your account dashboard and copy the current key https://toolset.com/account/sites/
2. Unregister any existing key from the installer page on your website (Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab))
3. Register the key again on the same page(Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab))

If this does not help, allow me temporary access to your website and let me check from my side. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
