Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset(.)com

This support ticket is created 3 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Based on the screenshot you shared I see that there is a error that site key does not match.

Could you please try to create a new site key. Please remove the existing site key if you already created one before.

And try to register the Toolset again with new site key or you can use the following doc to register the site key again.
