[Resolved] Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is getting the error "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset"
Solution:
To resolve this. try going to your wordpress backend and click Dashboard -> Updates and then hit Check Again.

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

On the plugin page and in your dashboard, we're getting a message that "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com." This is happening since we moved the site's url.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

We did what is described here this: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/problem-after-moving-wordpress-install-to-root-directory, but the problem persists.

The most recent installer log is attached here.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you try going to your wordpress backend and click Dashboard -> Updates and then hit Check Again.

It appears to be a minor glitch where it couldn't connect but the plugin is connecting successfully now.
