[Resolved] Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

This support ticket is created 3 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I recently transfer my license key from my 'old site' to my 'actual site' but I see this error message:
I'm getting the error message "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com."

I followed instructions found on your website (of Christian) which is:
- I deleted key from at https://toolset.com/sites
- I went in my wp-admin > Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab. I clicked "Unregister Toolset from this site".
- The page has reloaded. I clicked the link to register a key directly from the installer
- I went back in my Toolset profil, copied the key. I went in my registration panel (in WordPress) and pasted the key.

I still have the same message!

Hi Daniel,

Can you try the following

Go to your wordpress dashboard menu option and then click on update.

Once you've done this click on check again. Once you've done this the message should dissappear.
