Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to get my site regsitered. I am hosted with Pantheon and they are a real pain. There are three environments - dev, test, and live. I added this code to the wp-config file but the error message persists:
define( 'OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_TOOLSET', 'jli3GFrB0Z' );
The site is hidden link

Could you check the custom installer debug info, please?

Go to Toolset > Settings and click the Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting link at the bottom.

On the resulting page click the Installer Support link.

(Or you can access the page directly at wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support.)

Does it report any specific problems? (There is a log.)

It says: toolset: Site key does not match for hidden link subscription-fetching 2022-21-01 09:01:03.
I know the site key is correct so I can't see what the problem is.

Hi John,

Thank you for the information and checks done.

Can you try the following. Go to your wordpress backend and click on Dashboard -> Updates and click "check again"

If you're still getting the notice after this please let me know and provide access as well.

Thanks,
Shane
