[Closed] Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Can you share the communication error details from the link on the notice? hidden link

If you can't get it anymore, go to Plugins->Add New->Commerical(tab) and force an updates check. If the communication does not complete correctly, the communication error details will be generated again, and they will help us understand the cause of the issue. If the errors are coming from our end, we can check with our systems team for more details. If the errors are from the server site, you might need to ask for your hosting provider's assistance.
