[Resolved] Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The problem here was the user was getting the notice below on their dashboard
"Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset
"
Solution:

This is often caused by the site key not validating correctly.

To resolve this I would recommend regenerating the site key by following the instructions in the link below.

This support ticket is created 3 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

Tell us what you are trying to do? I duplicate the site from the dummy site to the official site, now it does not want to take my new site keycode

Thank you for getting in touch.

Based on this error it would appear that your site key isn't being validated on the new site. I suspect that it is an issue with the site URL.

Can you try re-generating your site key by following the instructions in the link below exactly.
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Please ensure that step 3 is done exactly as depicted.

Thank you, I've done this now but there is still somewhere something not working. This is the PHP error:
