Tell us what you are trying to do? connect to toolset

I get the attached error message... I contacted by hosting provider WPEngine after reading about this issue on other support inquiries such as: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-plugin-cannot-connect-to-toolsetdotcom/\

WPEngine tells me they are seeing PHP errors but that this isn't likely to be the cause of the problem.

Please help.

Cheers

Peter

It is possible the message could be displayed as a side effect of some other issue.

Please go to Toolset > Settings and follow the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting" link at the bottom, and from the resulting page follow the "Installer Support" link (or access the page directly at site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support).

That shows some diagnostic tests relating to the installer attempts to communicate with our servers, including a log of possible issues.

Does it report any problems?

If WP Engine support say that they can see PHP errors, what are they?

Can you check your debug logs for errors?
