WordPress gives the following warning.

"Toolset plug-in cannot connect to toolset.com
The toolset should connect to the server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is blocking this. To remove this notification, allow communications to be sent to toolset.com."

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Have you registered the site key for Toolset?
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

if yes - I will require access details to check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
