We are facing the above-mentioned error on our Resource Live site. The account has connected to the website but still showing the same error. Please help me with the same.

Hi there

Can you please go to Toolset > Settings and follow the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting" link at the bottom.

From that page follow the "Installer Support" link.

On that page you can check the system status, and will see a log which should detail any problems connecting to Toolset's servers.

Could you share what you find there?

(Note that occasionally there could be an issue with our servers that is only temporary and which would ordinarily be resolved after a fairly short interval.)

Hi,
The Toolset account gets a DEV server API key, so I registered the key twice times, and after clearing the cache it is working properly.

To my knowledge, I want to know what is the reason for this issue. Can you please guide me on this?

I'm not sure what you are describing there, but you should know that each site key is unique to the URL it is registered for, and if you have different servers (staging, production, etc.) they need separate keys, so that can create problems if you push from staging to production, for example.

One way to avoid that is to add your site keys to wp-config.php and include a test of which environment you are in (staging, production) to determine which key to register.

See https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-toolset-registration-using-php
