Toolset was working when I first launched this site, but after a few weeks I'm getting a connection error. I've gone through the other support tickets but don't see a similar issue to the other connection problems. It seems my version of toolset is not beta, my license is connected, etc.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Please check the communication error log in the link at the bottom of the message and share it using a service such as pastebin.
but, I suspect that the issue is probably at the server level, maybe you have a firewall that prevents the site from reaching our website toolset.com. You will need to check that with your hosting provider.

According to the Installer error, the site key is not correct. I suggest that you register your website again. Go to https://toolset.com/account/sites/ and remove the existing key for the site.
Register the site again by using the exact URL that you have in Settings->General.
If that does not work for you. Remove the site key from https://toolset.com/account/sites/ and let me try from my side.
