We took over a webshop about one year ago as a marketing agency and times we provida assistance for our client, but they do not have proper knowledge in WordPress and Woocommerce. Yesterday we were informed about that, the products do not appear when they try to list them in the webshop by clicking on the product category link (I attached az image about it).

Today, I went through all the plugins and realized that deactivating the Toolset Block plugin will elimate the issue, however this plugin is responsible for the layout of certain product pages. Thus, we cannot deactivate it.

There was a notification about that we should buy the licence to receive updates to the plugin, so we purchased it. We registered the licence, upadted the Toolset plugins, but the bug remains, products are still not showing by clicking on the category links.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Here is an example: hidden link

I expected to see: I attached two images. One is about when the plugin is activated (no images/products shown) and the other one is about when the plugin is deactivated.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you are using number of third-party plugins and just to ensure there is no other plugin conflict.

What if you only activate Toolset plugins and then try to deactivate all third-party plugins as well as switch to the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see it working? if no:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
