I am trying to: register Toolset, by :
1.- add the staging website : hidden link to my Toolset sites list : OK
2.- copying the License Key : OK
3.- Inserting the Licence Key in the WorPress admin : OK

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: No Connection message shows up in the Extension admin page

I expected to see: the Toolset No Cnnection message shoud not be displayed on the Extensions admin page

Instead, I got: It is still there !

Hi Francesco,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you go to your wordpress dashboard and then navigate to the Options Dashboard -> Updates and click on change again.

Once you do this can you check to see if the message is still displaying ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,
Well, I returned to the site today, and the message is not displayed anymore...
I did not even have to do what you suggested. By the way, what did you mean by Options Dashboard ? is it the Toolset Settings page ? Is it the WP Updates page?

So anymway, thenk you very much for your prompt response.

Francesco

Hi Francesco,

It is the the default wordpress update page.

This is done so the plugins can ping our servers again. In most cases this will resolve the issue at hand.

If there are no further queries then you can go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.
Thanks,
Shane
