Hi Guys,

I am facing a weird issue. Following page is not loading on my side.
hidden link

When i de-activate Toolset Types plugin. it starts working. I tried to increase the memoery limit but it did not worked. The same issue is happening on my live site. So i am giving you my staging site access. Its the exact replica of Live site.

Please check and let me know your thoughts asap.

Hello, I'm deactivating some plugins and running some tests on your staging site now. I'll give you an update shortly.

It seems to have something to do with the Custom Taxonomy "Page Designs". If I deactivate the Page Designs custom taxonomy on the staging site, the problem seems to be resolved. See the screenshot here showing how I deactivated this taxonomy in Toolset > Taxonomies. My guess is that there could be a conflict between the slug of this taxonomy or one or more of its terms, and the slugs of post types and taxonomies created automatically by the other plugins in use on the site. I'm not sure offhand, but some trial and error might help find the culprit. Is there anything you can tell me about this custom taxonomy and its terms that might be relevant?
- Was this taxonomy added recently, or was the taxonomy slug changed recently?
- Was this taxonomy applied to a different custom post type recently?
- Were any terms added to this taxonomy recently, or were their term slugs changed recently?
- Is it okay for me to try to rename the taxonomy and its terms iteratively to find out if there is one specific conflict?

Hi,

Yes i added that recently. and yes you can rename it. Please check and let me know your thoughts.

I've reactivated the taxonomy and renamed the slug to be pd-template-style instead of template-style. This seems to have resolved the page loading problem here: hidden link

So my guess about the taxonomy slug was on the right track...somewhere there is a conflict with that slug in the other components of this site. I'll ask you to do a quick check to see if this has caused any unexpected problems elsewhere on the site.

It worked. But now the issue is on hidden link.

Please check

Hi,

Is there any update on my issue?

#1878335

Seems like a different issue here, since changing the taxonomy term slug I mentioned has no impact on this wp-admin page loading. Whether the slug is pd-template-style or template-style, there is still an error on this page. I have split this off into a separate ticket so we can investigate it independently of the issue originally reported here, a front-end loading issue which seems to be resolved by modifying one conflicting term slug.
