Toolset Maps - Can't Activate the plugin

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We can't able to activate the plugin, while activating the plugin we could see the mentioned error. Please refer the screenshot.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Based on the error from the screenshot you will need a few of our plugins installed and active.

Please ensure that you have Types, Views or our Forms plugin active and they are all up to date to their latest versions.

Shane - Could you let us know, where do we find these Types, Views or our Forms plugins.

Should one of these plugins being active work or should we have all these plugins installed.

Hi Craig,

It actually depends on what functionality you want, however most users will install Types, Views/Blocks and Forms and have all 3 active.

You can download the plugins from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Then you can just upload the zip files by going to Plugins -> Add New.

Please update me as soon as you try this.
