This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that there was a conflict between the Events Calendar plugin and our Toolset Maps plugin.
Solution:
It turns out that this was a conflict with the Google API being included on the site twice. The user was able to get assistance with this from the Events calendar team.
