I've used Toolset to display information for a custom post type called a "unit listing." Here's a sample post: hidden link.

The contact information (at top right on desktop/laptop devices) is generated based on the salesperson selected for the particular unit listing. In the back end, the admin user selects the contact (e.g., John Smith), and then a content template constructs a shortcode of the form [su_contact_john_smith], which fills in the formatted name, phone number, and email link for the salesperson in question. I've used the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin to create shortcodes for each of the salespeople. The key part of the content template looks like this: [su_contact_[types field="contact"][/types]].

This all worked fine until this morning, when I upgraded to the latest versions of Types and Views. Now the shortcode is getting wrapped in quotation marks and not parsed. (You can't see the problem on the live site because I've fixed it with the workaround of adding the specific shortcode for each of the salespeople, wrapped in a conditional, but that's less than ideal because it means I'll have to revise the content template every time we add another salesperson.)

I've tried adding the possible shortcodes that result from the code above ([su_contact_john_smith], [su_contact_jim_jones], etc.) to the "Third-party shortcode arguments" section of the Toolset settings, but they're still coming through with quotation marks.

Please advise.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

With the problem URL you shared: hidden link
- With what section exactly the shortcode does not get parsed? Can you please share few screenshots?

In addition to that - to check whats is going wrong with your setup, I will require admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
