[Resolved] Toolset is sorting dates incorrectly!

I am trying to: Sort events by the date they appear without having a sorter for the client to see on the page

I expected to see: Events sorted by date - e.g. January events first using our custom field for the date of the event. The date of the event is picked using a date picker (in Toolset) so the client just picks it from the date picker.

Instead, I got: by ALPHA - so April and August events appear first because they contain the letter A. This is incorrect.

Can you please share admin access details and let me check your view configurations and once I review that I will be able to guide you in the right direction.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

It seems you want to order the events based on the "Concert Date" custom field you have added with Toolset Types.

I've set the ordering of view setting to order the post bye "Concert Date". is this what you want to display?

Yes, although I thought I had that set as event date, not concert date - I can see it was just using the wrong sorting field! Thank you!!
