Toolset is crashing wordpress after install

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

download and install toolset to create a search for the vr experiences we offer but it keeps crashing wordpress

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately i'm not able to see the site at the link that you've described as i'm getting a DNS probe error. Is this site publicly available ?

Secondly can you record a short video demonstration of what happens?

Hello Shane,
thank you for getting back to me, I was chatting with hostgator and they were able to reset all plugins for us to have access to wordpress again. the plugin doesn't seem to crash wordpress but we are monitoring it. The plugin keeps disappearing from the side dashboard and is not saving items in the custom fields, I don't know if it is a bug.

Hi Joseph,

Not sure what could be the cause of this but if the issue persists I will need to do an investigation as to why this is happening.

Also the hosts needs to check in the server logs if there are any errors being thrown by our Toolset plugins.

Finally would it be possible to grant admin access to the site as well ? Also I will need the steps on how I can replicate the issue if there are any.
