At first it seemed to do the trick. It worked nicely. After a few minutes though pages started taking very long to load (if loading at all). I turned off the code snippet that adds the shortcode ('time-ago'). Still running into the same issues. The website frontend and wordpress backend are both unusable now. Trying to remove the shortcode from the view results in this error message:
'Bijwerken mislukt. Foutmelding: De reactie is geen geldige JSON-reactie.'
Meaning:
'Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON-response'.
Or could it be because a Toolset engineer has logged into my site at the same time?
I created a new page and added the view that was created on the other page as a copy. Then I deleted the page that was giving me problems. Everything seems to be running smooth again. If this issues doesn't appear in the next day or so I'll mark this issue as resolved.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
It looks like your page with the block view must be corrupted. As I notified with your other support ticket that your site is too slow. Maybe that could be the reason or you should close the pages which is using blocks as soon as you done with them.
It seems to be better. I have noticed that sometimes when designing complicated views in the block editor these slowdowns can occur. If it's okay I'll keep the ticket open for now as I'm working on the site and let you know how it goes.
