[Resolved] Toolset gallery image not showing in translation

I am working on a registry for roses that should work in two languages. Images are of course one of the most important features. The Feature Image, which is used as the first main image, is visible in both the original and the translation. Additional images displayed via the Toolsets own block, Gallery, are not visible in the translation.

I'm using toolset, wpml and the Astra Theme.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you set to "Copy" option for your custom image field settings and save the settings:

Then try to save/update the post in backend and then try to check if you able to see the translated images on your translated version of post.

Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue as well as admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I'm not sure what causing the issue exactly but I try to create a content template and added the gallery block within the Container -> Grid blocks as you can see with the following content template:

I can see the gallery block working in both languages:

Can you try to build the content template as required using Toolset's Container, Grid block and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

Interestingly I used your official tuturial videos ytjhat you have on youtube as I build my register. Could the case be I used on older version of your Tools and there was a bug in their code. Now that the tools are updated the work that I did earlier still was buggy even if your components were up to date?

More interesting is I check all the codes and did not see anything diffrent in how the image gallery was set up ;D
