I can't use Safari 11.1.2 to do my configuring with Toolset anymore, although Firefox seems to work. (In Safari, the Toolset form editing pages don't load at all, or only load halfway. About 1 in 5 times I can get the full page to load on a refresh if I wait long enough.)
I see a coming soon page even though I loaded /wp-admin of your site.
I found, however, the login under /wp-login.php and was able to log in.
I use safari on a mac and I can see the hidden link fine, both on your install and on my local or other online installs.
I think this is due to a cache of the browser.
Recently we updated a large codebase and things sometimes are cached by the browser so hard that it throws errors and does not work, because the new code required is not called properly.
Can you try to remove safari, ensure it's updated and re-install it?
It's also strange that I see no forms on your Page, but you mention the Toolset Forms Edit pages do not load.
Did you create such forms? I did create one on your site (using safari) here:

(Note, I exited the wizard because I see some other plugin is adding lots of content to the edit pages of the form when using the wizard)
It's "OH add script", and it also appears on the Forms edit page when I exit the wizard mode.
This is not how it should be, but it is because that plugin loads it's meta boxes on all pages no matter what plugin they belong to.
If you need those meta boxes of OH Add Script gone, I suggest reaching out to the plugin/theme that produces them
Does this form work for you?
Hi, thanks for the guidance. I disabled the plugin with the OH Add Script pages. However, I don't use post forms, only user forms. I was able to see and edit your test post form just fine in Safari. However when I tried to edit a test user form, it only partially loaded. See screenshot.
To clarify, I don't have issues on the front end where the user would see the live form. Only on the back end when I'm editing the User Form using Toolset. It just seems sluggish and non-responsive a good percentage of the time when in Safari.
As for updating Safari, it's part of the Mac OS system so it doesn't let me uninstall it without redoing my whole operating system which I hesitate to do except as a last resort.
Name of User Form I'm using for tests:
Test-User-Form
I can see the User Forms you created just fine, please see the screenshots.
This is on safari and mac, updated.

It takes a while to load the screen, but the screen loads fine.
Locally, it takes no time to load that screen, so I assume this is an issue with the server or ISP.
However, even if it takes a second or 2 to finish loading the screen, I still see the complete and editable form on the website you shared.
