I am trying to build out a form, but they won't appear when I go to view the page - trying any form made in Toolset Forms, affecting any post type, using the Gutenberg block or shortcode, on multiple pages, on our live or test sites. I don't know if I'm missing some setting to make the plugin do anything useful or there's a technical issue somewhere but nothing inside the wp-block-toolset-cred-form div populates.
I highly suspect that this is due to you having our Access plugin installed and the guest permissions for the Form isn't set.
If you do have our Access plugin installed then you can go to Toolset -> Access Control -> Forms and then check for your form. From there ensure that your form has the guest option checked under its permissions.
I have it checked, form still isn't showing whether I'm logged in or not. Ideally we'd be able to have it working without Access enabled, but at least that specific permission isn't the issue.
Three might be a plugin conflict here. In a case like this when the plugins are not functioning as intended we recommended that you disable the non-toolset plugins.
What this means is that you will need to go through your list of plugins and disable each of your plugins one at a time while checking to see if the issue still remains.
Thanks,
Shane
