Hello,
I've added a Toolset form to a content template so that it displays on my custom post type pages (Business Profiles). My goal is for each form submission to include the corresponding CPT Business Name (i.e., the post title) in the email notification.

To achieve this, I created a field in a custom field group and added a matching form field with the default value to [wpv-post-title] in order to capture the Business Name and use [types field='parent_post_title'][/types] in the email notification. This works—I’m able to include the name in the email notification successfully.

However, I have a few questions:

1. Read-Only Field:
Currently, the Business Name appears in the form but is editable. I’d like it to be visible but not editable by the user. Is there a recommended way to make this field read-only within the Toolset form and still pass the data on through the email notification?

2. Hidden Field Setup:
I’m also considering adding a hidden field to pass the Business Name without displaying it on the form. I haven’t tried this yet, but I’m wondering if there’s a more streamlined or Toolset-native approach than simply using CSS (display:none;). Ideally, I’d like to ensure the data is reliably captured and sent through with the form submission.

3. Customizing Auto Draft Title:
I’ve noticed that form submissions are being saved in the backend with titles like "CRED Auto Draft f9d678f66100f4738dc95fcfa5e5157d". Is there a way to customize this title—perhaps by including the Business Name or another relevant field—to make it easier to identify submissions in the admin area?

Any guidance on best practices for these scenarios would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Do you have a edit form or form to create new entry?

Can you plese share problem URL where you added the form as well as admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
