Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to create a form that will add a Reservation to the site. Reservation is a type in Toolset and I've created a form that would allow users of the site to add new reservations. But the resulting page shows the form fields, not the form itself.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/layouts/adding-cred-forms-to-layouts/
https://toolset.com/using-toolset-with-wpbakery-page-builder/front-end-forms-to-submit-content-and-register-users/
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/front-end-forms-for-editing-content/

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Not that I know.

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Would you mind to share the problem URL where you added the form as well as access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh, thanks for your swift reply. However, my client insists that I use Gravity Forms for forms on my site. It has more capabilities that we need for the forms. Of course, integrating it with Toolset data is a lot more difficult.
