When editing a page that includes images, I'm expecting the Add New function should open the Media Gallery to allow the user to select an image from the gallery, upload a new image, or add an image from a URL; which is the behavior on the Add Post Form.
Instead, the behavior is that the Add New button only allows the user to upload a new image.
I can't allow access to our site, as it is proprietary. I've attached screenshots to demonstrate the process. There is no custom CSS or JS on this page.
