This ticket is marked closed, but it isn't: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-does-not-show-translated-elements-wpml/

Therefore I create this one to continue the problem Nigel is investigating.

Hi Nigel
Sorry, I misunderstood your post and thought you're working on a local copy. I've now added a complete installable duplicator archite + installer with latest data here: hidden link

Please make all my links in this and the base thread private so users can't see domain names.

Many thanks for your further investigation,
Andy

Hi Andy

I've downloaded the zip file and I'm installing the test site now.

I'm afraid it will be Monday before I'm able to look at this (off tomorrow), and I'll update you then.

Sorry, I've been going round in circles trying to get to the bottom of the problem on my local copy of your site but cannot, and I have escalated it to my second-tier colleagues in WPML for them to get involved.

I'll let you know when I have some feedback from them.

We tried several more troubleshooting steps which also didn't help, so I resorted to using the auto-register strings option and was able to locate and translate the string that way on my local copy of your site.

Go to WPML > String Translation and check the option to Auto-register strings for translation, then visit the Angebot page on the front end directly. Once it completes loading, return to the String Translation page.

You should now be able to search for and locate a new entry for the German Auswählen text, except it will likely be identified as English. You can use the button "Change the language of selected strings" to correct this and set it as German, and then provide a translation to French.

That should then work as expected on the front end, if you could please confirm.

Thank you, Nigel! That solved the problem!
