Clean up WordPress database on Multisite install - I have deleted subsite but have noticed that certain Toolset tables still remain for the deleted subsite. Can I safely delete them even if I am using Toolset plugins on other subsites in the multisite install without affecting the other function of Toolset plugins on other subsites?

They are the following tables where x is the subsite # of the site that was deleted:
dbt_x_toolset_associations
dbt_x_toolset_associations_old
dbt_x_toolset_connected_elements
dbt_x_toolset_post_guid_id
dbt_x_toolset_relationships
dbt_x_toolset_type_sets

I presume I can but want to make sure.

Thanks

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Toolset adds those custom tables that will store the post relationship related content.

You should delete those tables belongs to your specific subsites but in any case before you delete it please take a full backup of your database so if something goes wrong at least you will have a chance to restore the database.
