Set parent post automatically in a child form

I have a 1-m relationship, and I want to connect the child post form with the parent one directly.
I have a job site (Employer - Jobs - Job Seeker)

So, when I'm at Create a Job post, I want that the pre-created Employer profile to be connected automatically with the Job
Employer - Jobs (1..n)
