image size in blocks based view

I struggle with a possible easy problem. I want to create a view with a loop of posts attached to a custom post type. I use the block editor to edit the content template where I integrate a view for the post loop. In. this view is the features image of the posts.

I want that this image is a square or thumbnail. But I fo not know/see where I can select which of the available image size of the features image shall be uses here.
