[Resolved] Toolset chat support ticket

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I've made a mistake by choosing a chat session.

Actually, when there is an available supporter for chat, the support will automatically switch to chat and won't let you create a regular forum ticket. Some requests may need more time to resolve, in those cases, we convert the chat into a regular ticket and continue on it.

I am setting this ticket as "I think it's resolved" which will close it in 3days. If you need help with something, just reply here with more details and we'll do our best to assist you.
