Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I try to access the google drive link you shared but its private and I do not have access to it.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please share bit more details and send me admin access details or steps to reproduce the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I see it seems to be cache related. Can you please try to delete the cache or try to deactivate the cache plugin you are using and check if that help you to resolve issue.

I found one of the related ticket, here is the link of that:

Can you please try to assess the above information and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

Hi Minesh - thanks so much, that solved it!

We had tried purging the normal caches we run (LiteSpeed, Redis and Cloudflare) already with no luck, but then we found the caches within Toolset itself, and the issues were resolved once we purged this too.

The one that solved it for us was Toolset > Settings > Front-end Content > Cache > Clear custom fields cache now

Thanks very much for your help.
