When any of the Toolset plugins are installed, it causes the GravityForms 2.5 block editor to display the data-icon text (data-icon="gform-icon-single-line-text") above the icons. This information is usually not visible.

I'm still using Toolset Layout, Views, and Types on one site, but I've tested and confirmed it does it with Toolset Blocks and Types installed as well.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Do you see it working as expected after you update ALL Toolset plugins? If no:
- Can you please share the steps I need to follow that should help me to reproduce the issue.

The current site is using the legacy plugins, but I've tested it in another staging environment with the latest version of Blocks and Types and it had the same result. That's why I mentioned two sites it in my initial statement. I can provide the debug information from the test site, but it's an exact copy other than the latest Toolset plugins.

I've gone through the process of deactivating all plugins and narrowed it down to Toolset. With nothing but Toolset and GravityForms, the issue exits. Once Toolset is deactivated, GravityForms is fine.

The steps to reproduce are install GravityForms and any Toolset plugin. Then go to GravityForms to edit a form, the data-icon text displays above the icons on buttons when they should invisible. Deactivate Toolset plugins and GravityForms editor is fixed.

Yes, I see this issue has been reported in front of our Devs and we already have a ticket created for that.

For now, as shared by waqar, you can use that workaround:
