[Closed] Toolset can't connect to toolset dot com

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I can update Toolset but this error message continues to show in my dashboard

Hi Yael,

We recently saw an issue like this with another customer, however the notification had disappeared after while on the client's site.

Can you let me know when did this issue started to occur, was it after an update of our Toolset plugins ?

Secondly can you perform the steps below and check again to see if the notice still appears.

1. Go to Dashboard -> Updates
2. Click on Check Again

Please let me know if this still occurs and provide admin access so that I can check further.
