When I try to access the wp-admin - it shows the following error message with white screen: "This site can’t be reached".

Can you please make sure I should be able to access your site. If you have any firewall or country wise IP block then you should remove it.

I delete the app. Can you please create your own app in Cloudways Autoscale

I still have one app on Cloudways Autosclale - I am testing Toolset there. In stalled a fresh copy

Ig givers this error during installation.

CW Autoscale says they are using Master Slave data relationship

I can see in the log you shared:

 Unable to create table wp_toolset_associations due to a MySQL Error:
> Unable to create table wp_toolset_relationships due to a MySQL Error:
> Unable to create table wp_toolset_type_sets due to a MySQL Error:

That means the database cant able to create those required tables - can you please make sure you have enough permissions granted so that those said tables should be created successfully.

Can you please send us database error log as well as php error log from your server that will help us to investigate further.

You can upload the database error log and php error log to any filesharing service and send us the link to download it.
