You can see what Toolset can do best here hidden link

Notice the States and Cities Search inputs are correlated, only choosing the State you can choose a City and only Citys that are in that State can be chosen.
If that is what you refer to, this is possible to do with Toolset, you can even download that site as a framework to start working straight on it.
