Toolset blocks and types plugin update

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
on my site hidden link Toolset blocks 1.4.2 and types 3.4.7 is installed. The site has the newest WordPress version.
There are no updates for plugins shown, although blocks 1.5 and types 3.4.8 are available. On the Dashboard on toolset.com the site is activated.
On the sites page (see attached screenshot) there is a warning that types is not up to date, but blocks looks like as it is not installed.
Can you help me with this?

Hi Alex,

Thank you for getting in touch.

When we perform updates we usually do a staged release to customers hence why you may not see the update notifications on your dashboard.

You are still able to get the updates if you manually check for updates from your backend. If you go to Plugins -> Commercial and then scroll to the toolset plugins table and click on "Check for Updates".

This should allow you to manually ping our servers for the updates.
