[Resolved] Toolset Blocks

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Toolset Blocks plugin in crashing my dashboard when activated. I have renamed all my other plugins so I would eliminate any conflicts.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
None that I can find.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No

Hi Alan,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In order to know what is happening I would need for you to enable the wordpress debugging on your site to see what error is being produced.

To do this please enable the worpdress debugging by following the instructions in the link below.

Once you've done this please let me know what error is being produced.

Sorry I haven't replied earlier. Very busy week! After turning on the debug, this is what error I received. I set the debug back to false and now I lost the ability to connect at all.

I fixed the database connection and reloaded toolset-blocks plugin, after activating the plugin this is the screenshot of the error I received with debug set to true.

Hi Alan,

The error you are receiving is due to your wordpress install running out of memory.

What I recommend that you do is to increase the memory allocation of your install by following the instructions in the link below to increase the wordpress memory.

Hi Alan,

Happy to see that you're now able to access your backend. What you can now do is to perform a manual update of the plugins by going to the link below and downloading the latest version of the plugin.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you've downloaded the plugin you can then follow the instruction in the video below to manually update the plugin.
