Hi Guys

I just updated my clients website to Toolset Blocks 1.6.12 and it broke the layout on my clients website, or should I say the test website.

As layout of the the vacancies page should look like this (2 columns): hidden link

But on the texting version it now looks like this (1 Column): hidden link

I have looked at it and in the backend every looks as it should, but the front end is broken as you can see.

Can you take a look please.

Cheers

Gary

Update: I have tested the update on hidden link to see if the issue is specific to this site, it is not, the local sites columns broke too.

Update 2: I switched the theme to Twenty Twenty to text if it was related to GeneratePress it is not. The Twenty Twenty theme showed the same results, broken columns. I have also tried switching the PHP version but that made no difference.

Hi Gary

Comparing your working site and the test version I can see that some of the required styles are missing on the test version.

But when I test the same on my own test site those style definitions are included. That's after updating to Blocks 1.6.12.

Could we get access to your test site, where it is not working, to see if we can identify the problem?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Thanks for that.

I see now we are looking at a custom archive, I was testing with a View.

I can reproduce that myself and have escalated it.

I expect we should get a resolution very soon, and in the meantime please hold off from updating to 1.6.12.

I'll let you know when the fix is available.

Thanks Nigel, much appreciated mate.

One of my other sites did auto update on the server last night despite the fact I had disabled it, quick fix though just by rolling back.

Blocks 1.6.13 is now available, which fixes this problem.

Thanks for raising it and helping us catch the problem so quickly.
