toolset backend screenshot issue.jpg

I am trying to: Interact with Toolset plugins. There is no specific thing that is not working. The issue is that things don't look the same and something seems off. It is making it hard to work with and I'm worried something could not be working behind the scenes.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Any View, Archive, or Content Template. Here is the link to the page that I took a screenshot of. hidden link

I expected to see: the normal Toolset backend.

Instead, I got: What is seen in the attached image.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Maybe there are issues loading styles on the backend, can you check the browser console of any errors hidden link

Otherwise, it is probably a compatibility conflict with the theme or a 3rd party plugin. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like TwentyTwenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If this does not help I'll need to login to your website and check it further. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
