Greetings!
After working just fine for a couple of years, my client reported that their "Partners" (archive) page suddenly began displaying the first partner entry over and over on the live page, instead of pulling the info for each partner from the database.

The related detail pages are all functioning properly though (examples below):

I've reviewed all of the settings, dynamic fields, etc. and it appears something is amiss with pulling the "WP Title" for the archive item title and button name. Images from the Media Library are not being populated either.
Hope this all makes sense to you and you will be able to help me get this page up and running again. I have 4 images which show what's happening, but it looks like you allow only one, so I've attached a screenshot of the backend of the archive template page.
Many thanks in advance!
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Yes - I review the problem URL you shared and I can see the issue.
Before we go anything further:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference? If no:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Unfortunately, I was unable to load the "secure form" to reply to you. I had to go on a business trip to a rural area with very slow internet access, so I can't do any of the things you've asked me to do until I return on Saturday. When I submitted the ticket, I thought you'd be able to troubleshoot it more easily. I didn't realize it would be a complicated fix. I appreciate your patience and I will try the things you recommend just as soon as I return to fast internet access. Thank you for your continued support.
Ok great. You can share the admin access details when you back.

So sorry! I'm back to better internet today, but have been tied up with another project. I will send the necessary info tomorrow. Thank you for your patience!
Ok fine - you can send details when you can.

It seems on your site there is hard caching is on.
If I make any change on archive in backend:
- hidden link
And check on frontend:
- hidden link
I do not see any effect.
Can you please disable all cache and minification of CSS and JS and check if that help you to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your reply. I purged the only cache that is active and the Partners page still appears broken on my end. The site does not have CSS or JS minification, so I can't disable these items as requested.
Also, I realized that I hadn't tested the Toolset plugins for conflicts, when I did so for the other site plugins, so I tested them just now. After reactivating the Toolset Types plugin the Partners page is now missing and the Partners URL redirects to the Home page. It seems strange that deactivating/reactivating the Toolset Types plugin would break the page completely. Do you know how to get the Partners page back? Apologies if I have complicated matters.
I've disabled the plugin "Simple Post Type Permalinks" that was causing the issue.
I see the partner page is back:

One the archive I've added the "Fields and Text" block and then added some text to it and save the archive.
- hidden link
but when I check the archive on frontend I do not see the text added using "Fields and Text" block.
- hidden link
Can you also try to make a little change within archive loop and check if you see the changes you made to archive on frontend.
This the problem I am also having. The archive loop does not seem to be working properly. Unfortunately, my client is giving up hope that this issue can be fixed...
Well - we are ready to help but what we can do if even after making a change to arching it does not reflect the change on frontend. I'm helpless there with the staging site you shared.
So, if you have another server, you may try to host the site on different server and see if you make a change to archive does reflect on frontend and if you see it working then you can send me access details for this new staging site.
Another option would be:
If you want I can share sandbox site where you can setup a test archive and try to reproduce the same issue by adding your required plugin/themes. Will that work for you?
OR
You can send me duplicator copy of your site and I will try to setup your site on my local server and I will check if I can see the issue.
Can you please tell me with what option you would like to go with?
Thank you so much for all of your efforts trying to solve this problem. It's been decided that I'll start over and create a new page. However, I don't want to check "My issue is resolved" because it isn't and I may have questions as I go along.
Ok - you can close this ticket whenever you can and you're welcome to create a new ticket with every new question you may have.
This will help other user's searching on the forum as well as help us to write correct problem resolution summery for the actual issue reported.
