Toolset Access isn't working

This support ticket is created 6 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

What I've done:
- added a 'profile' page
- added 'members only' access group (with this page)
- added content template with a login form
- removed 'read' access for guests and set this content form to be shown instead
- added 'profile' page to the menu

What I'd expect for guests:
- they should see the 'profile' page at the menu
- they should see login form at this page

What happens:
- they don't see 'profile' page at the menu
- they see the content instead of login form at the page

ok, I forgot a few things:
1. you replace only regular content with login, so using builder is not possible
2. to have menu visible all the time, I have to use custom link
