Tell us what you are trying to do?
Change the name of a role I created through Access.

Current user role is 2019/20 Member --> change to 2020 Member or maybe even remove the year.

Hi Stacey,

Thank you for contacting Toolset support. We are happy to help you out.

I’m afraid that there is no such a feature added to Toolset Access that should allow you to edit the role names. As editing role names is an expensive task as it requires lots of updating to the database.

However - we are open to take your suggestion as a new feature request. Therefore, please, raise this suggestion in the below link and we will review it as soon as we can.

Thank you for helping us to improve and please contact us if you need any further assistance.

Best,
Sandra
